Philosophy of education Is applied from a general philosophy, so long discussing the philosophy of education will depart from the philosophy.
Philosophy of education is basically using the workings of philosophy and will use the results of philosophy, namely in the form of human thinking about reality, knowledge, and values.
In philosophy there are various schools / streams, such as materialism, idealism, realism, pragmatism, and others. Because philosophy of education is an applied of philosophy, a philosophy varied flow, then in any philosophy of education we will find a variety of flow, at least as much flow philosophy itself.
